Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
Places are limited and are confirmed once full payment has been received. Bookings are for the dates selected at the time of booking and cannot be transferred to another child.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are unable to offer refunds for missed days or sessions due to illness, holidays, late arrival or early collection.
If we need to cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you and offer an alternative where possible.
Drop-Off & Collection
Our main camp hours are 10am–4pm. Children should be dropped off and collected promptly at the agreed times.
Early drop-off from 9am and late collection until 5pm are available for an additional £10 per day.
Children will only be released to the parent/carer or authorised adult(s) named on the booking form. Please let us know in advance if someone different will be collecting your child.
If you are unexpectedly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Health, Allergies & Additional Needs
Parents/carers must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their child's medical needs, allergies, additional support needs and any other information that may affect their participation.
Please do not send your child to camp if they are unwell or have an infectious illness.
We will make reasonable adjustments to support children wherever possible. If your child has specific needs that we should be aware of, please contact us before booking so we can discuss how best to support them.
Behaviour & Safeguarding
We aim to provide a friendly, welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and respected.
Children are expected to follow reasonable instructions from staff and treat other children, staff, the studio and equipment with respect. We reserve the right to contact a parent/carer if a child's behaviour presents a significant risk to themselves or others.
Our staff follow appropriate safeguarding procedures, and any concerns about a child's welfare will be dealt with in accordance with our safeguarding policy.
Activities & Materials
Our workshops involve a variety of creative materials, tools and techniques. While we take appropriate precautions and provide guidance and supervision, craft activities can sometimes be messy.
Please ensure your child wears suitable clothing. We provide aprons, but cannot guarantee that clothing will remain paint- or glue-free!
Projects and activities may vary from those advertised depending on availability of materials, group needs or other circumstances.
Photography & Video
We may take photographs during workshops to capture children's creations and activities. Photography for promotional purposes will only take place where appropriate parental/guardian permission has been given through the booking form.
Personal Belongings
Children should avoid bringing valuable or irreplaceable items to camp. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Emergency Contact
Parents/carers must provide a current emergency contact number and ensure that we can reach them, or another authorised adult, throughout the session.
Data Protection
We will collect and use personal information provided during booking only for purposes connected with running the workshop, safeguarding children and communicating with parents/carers. Personal information will be handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Agreement
By booking a place at our October Holiday Craft Camp, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and that the information provided about your child is accurate and complete.
